Roles and Core Responsibilities
- Learning and assisting in Designing Analog and RF circuits for various new applications such as amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, filters, and power management circuits.
- Independently performing circuit simulations and analysis to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Selecting appropriate components and materials based on design requirements.
- Integrating designed circuits into larger systems, considering factors like power consumption, noise, and electromagnetic interference (EMI)
- Ensuring system-level performance of various new systems meets specifications.
- Building and testing prototypes to verify design performance.
- Analysing test results and making necessary modifications.
- Designing RF components like antennas, matching networks, and low-noise amplifiers.
- Understanding RF propagation characteristics and system performance.
- Utilizing simulation tools to analyze circuit behaviour and optimize designs
- Creating accurate models of components and systems
- Preparing detailed design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and test reports
- Working closely with other engineers, such as digital, firmware, and mechanical engineers to ensure project success
